Looking to fill the following positions

We are looking to fill the below position; the candidate must have a full-time two years of experience with the following:

Client Consultation:

  • Understand clients' travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
  • Offer expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide detailed information on travel packages, itineraries, and tour options and tailor travel plans to meet client's needs and preferences.

Booking and Reservations:

  • Research and identify suitable flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, or other forms of accommodation.
  • Make reservations for transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers.
  • Ensure the accuracy of bookings, including dates, times, names, and any special requests.

Trip Planning and Itinerary Development:

  • Create personalized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budgets.
  • Research attractions, landmarks, events, and local customs of travel destinations.
  • Arrange sightseeing tours, activities, and cultural experiences.
  • Provide clients detailed information on local transportation, weather, and safety precautions.

Customer Service and Support:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns before, during, or after the trip.
  • Offer 24/7 support to clients in case of emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Industry Knowledge and Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and emerging tourism products.
  • Research and compare prices, promotions, and discounts various travel suppliers offer.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, or webinars to enhance knowledge and network with other professionals.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients' travel experiences.
  • Promote special travel packages, group tours, or seasonal offers to attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create appealing travel brochures, flyers, or online content.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking new clients and maintaining existing relationships.

Administration and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and client information.
  • Prepare invoices, itineraries, and other necessary documents.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to data protection and privacy.
  • Use relevant software or tools for efficient task management and organization.
